If you would like to book your event online, simply click book now to access the read only contract, check the box proceeding to the pay now page, which then will electronically sign the contract. Please first use the form provided on this page for your contact information and date of event. You will shortly be sent a verification email from an E-DJ representative confirming; then you may go sign and pay.

Terms of Agreement
• E-DJ Entertainment will provide all DJ equipment.
• E-DJ Entertainment will provide lighting and fog effect equipment if agreed upon.
• E-DJ Entertainment will provide all setup equipment.
• E-DJ Entertainment requires the use of one dedicated 20 Amp/ 120 Volt outlet for its DJ equipment and a separate 20 Amp/ 120 Volt outlet for lighting and fog effect equipment if provided. Outlet(s) must be within 25 feet of setup.
• E-DJ Entertainment will provide continuous music throughout the entire event.
• E-DJ Entertainment will not play any explicit material upon request of the signer.
• E-DJ Entertainment is not responsible for the behavior of your guests.
• E-DJ Entertainment reserves the right to stop the music if he believes his safety or the safety of your guests is in jeopardy.
• The signer of this contract is held fully responsible for the repair or replacement of E-DJ Entertainments equipment if damaged by you or your guests.
Indemnification
E-DJ Entertainment does not offer any assurances or warranties as normally provided by a formal business entity. E-DJ Entertainment shall be released from responsibility(ies) and liability(ies) and held harmless for the behavior of those attending the Clients event and for any and/ or all (claim of) damages arising from such and/or for any and/or all (claim of) damages resulting from the performance of his services. Further, the parents, Michael & Victoria Badmus-Wellington, and Chip & Karen Largman shall be released from responsibility(ies) and liability(ies) and held harmless for the behavior of those attending the Clients event and for any and/ or all (claims of) damage(s) arising from such and/or for any and/or all (claim of) damage(s) resulting from the performance of E-DJ Entertainment services. Failure by the client to provide this indemnification shall be considered its cancellation of any Agreement. In such cases, E-DJ Entertainment shall retain any and all money received as a deposit for their services.
